Smooth Smoothie

Sometimes we need a smooth smoothie in the morning! Just to start the day positive & healthy. Run to your supermarket and get yourself a fresh pineapple. Grab your blender and mix in 3/4 of a pineapple, 2 bananas, 3 table spoons of greek yoghurt, 1 small glass of water, a handful of spinach and one table spoon of chia seeds. Invite your best friend and serve him this smoothie and become even better friends.
